The property has a coded entrance which the code is provided on the day of check-in.

Once you enter, and arrive at the apartment there is a lock box to the right of the apartment door. This code is also provided on the day of check-in.

Note: There is a ring camera pointing at the inside of the entrance door, for your safety.

Our team is available between: 09:00 am - 09:00 pm Monday 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm Tuesday 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm Wednesday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Thursday 9:00 am - 11:00 pm Friday to receive phone calls for support, guest communication & assistance. Saturday 09:00 am - 6:00 pm. Sunday messaging assistance only. We do aim to reply outside these hours, however, we cannot guarantee a response time.
